① At The Memo Shop, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to accommodate issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

② If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will investigate the problem and arrange for a replacement or provide an alternative resolution. 

 

③ If you do not contact us about your lost or missing package within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to provide a reshipment or refund. 

 

④ Please note that minor variations in colour or print appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.
